We are searching for a Clinical Supervisor — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you’ll supervise and direct clinical staff, assess information, and provide direct care to patients. This position requires someone who considers developmental age in approach to and preparation of patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise staff
  • Assist with the collection of patient/family data
  • Provide general patient care
  • Administer medication
  • Assist with education of patient/family
  • Coordinate referrals
  • Triage patients


  • High school diploma or GED
  • LVNs: current license/permit to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas
  • Graduation from an accredited school of medical assisting or school of licensed vocational nursing or graduation from an emergency medical technician program
  • CMA’s: certification as a certified medical assistant (CMA); registered medical assistant (RMA); national certified medical assistant (NCMA); certified clinical medical assistant (CCMA); or national registered certified medical assistant (NRCMA)
  • EMT's: EMT - Emergency Medical Tech Texas Department of State Health Services; EMT-B - Emergency Medical Tech-Basic Texas Department of State Health Services; EMT-I - Emergency Medical Tech-Interm Texas Department of State Health Services; EMT-P - Emergency Medical Techn-Parame Texas Department of State Health Services; or LIC PAR - Lic-Paramedic Texas Department of State Health Services
  • Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support for health care providers
  • One (1) year clinical experience
  • One (1) year supervisory experience is preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
  • Knowledge of related OSHA, CLIA and JCAHO guidelines
  • Ability to use thermometer, scales, sphygmomanometer/stethoscope, scalp vein needles, hearing/vision screening equipment, pulse oximetry, typanometer, basic laboratory, i.e., microscope, centrifuge, hematology analyzer, and specimen collection
  • Proficiency with treatments such as nebulizer, ear irrigation, and dressing changes
