We are searching for a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll coordinate trainee activities for the department related to the accreditation of residency and fellowship programs. This role will handle the recruitment and selection process for trainees and observers, schedule rotations, maintain records, and oversee the evaluation process for both trainees and teaching faculty. Being very organized and detail oriented is a must for this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Serves as the primary contact for all departmental residency and fellowship activities
  • Assists the program directors (departmental faculty) in maintaining accreditation
  • Develops educational materials, training manuals, and tools for competency testing
  • Coordinates the recruiting process for fellowship candidates
  • Creates lists of faculty and trainees that should be monitored on a monthly basis in the online evaluation system
  • Assists the program directors in developing and preparing training materials for the residents and fellows
  • Coordinates rotation schedules for residents and fellows, along with external trainees
  • Prepares for rotation arrivals and departures in the following areas: schedules, badge access, computer access, parking cards


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college or equivalent management coursework preferred
  • 5 years of administrative and/or office management experience
  • Experience coordinating Residents/Fellows preferred
