Summary:

We are searching for a Director of Business Operations and Support Services— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will effectively direct all support services and business operations functions. Functions this role may oversee include food services, plant

operations & maintenance, environmental services, supply chain services, security services, business operations, and the clinical operations such as pathology, pharmacy and/or radiology. This role will oversee efficient and cost-effective support services across the organization, including overseeing collection processes of patients and guarantor’s information to support an

effective revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides leadership, direction, and support to the continued development of strategic initiatives, including business plans to support these initiatives
  • Delivers outstanding customer service and develops strong relationships with executives, directors, and all other leadership positions across the organization
  • Identifies and resolves problems quickly and appropriately, and ensures communication is maximized throughout departments
  • Presents support to senior leadership in setting the strategic and financial direction for the hospital
  • Cultivates and grows the competencies of the Support Services and Business Operations management team through team development, implementation, and support of specific training for the various responsibilities
  • Manages pharmacy clinical operations, including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality standards and audits related to safety, and pharmacy care delivery
  • Oversees revenue cycle, security, and food service functions ensuring all key processes align with the goals and objectives of the company

 



Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, health care, or related technical field
  • PE - Professional Engineer certificate preferred
  • 5 years of management experience in a health care organization
  • 4 years of progressive leadership experience in a large health care organization preferred
