Summary:

 

We are searching for a Sr. Level Citrix Architect - someone who works well in a fast-paced medical setting. In this position, you’ll lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multi-disciplinary and/or enterprise-wide; and to provide expertise to short and long-term assignments internal and external to the designated areas of responsibilities.

Experience in design, planning, implementation, migration, and administration with Citrix Virtualization, NetScaler, and Networking technologies at medium to large scale

Drive solution design through research and evaluation with internal and customer teams as well as drive enablement with customers looking to adopt these technologies, integrate them into their environment, and maintain consistent, long-term engineering support. 

 

Highly Preferred:

  • Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization
  • Citrix Certified Professional - Networking

 

 

 



Responsibilities :

  • Translates business needs into detail requirement specifications
  • Responsible for connecting business strategy and technology to emerging business and information systems capabilities
  • Leads systems design and analysis
  • Analyzes system problems and modifications
  • Participates in committees as an IS representative

 

 

 



Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or other medical or information technology field
  • Ten (10) years of information systems architecture, design, and/or maintenance experience
  • Broad IT industry knowledge with depth in multiple areas including application development, servers, networks and databases
  • Familiarity with various operating systems used by Hospital data processing techniques and practices with deep expertise in an area of specialization such as networks or applications
  • A working knowledge of a variety of hardware and software environments
  • Knowledge of enterprise and business architecture and the varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
  • Knowledgeable in data types, change control implementation, and performance optimization
  • Full understanding and experience in architecting Internet and client server systems; Integration and Communications platforms
  • Experience with full life cycle phase software development
