We are searching for a Business Development Director – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll create and execute strategies that support our overall community presence and brand recognition. You’ll be responsible for building programs and strategies that create access to quality patient care, identifying growth opportunities, improving the general delivery system, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, as well as interpreting and analyzing data.

Responsibilities :

Job Duties & Responsibilities 


  • Develop proactive and reactive strategies within existing and emerging markets, identify key relationships/trends/priorities for those target markets, and recommend a point of entry and opportunities for development
  • Provide business development, project management, and administrative leadership
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care through planning, development, and operations management
  • Manage completions of projects requiring judgment, consensus building, and effective communication skills, in addition to monitoring completion against approved plans, metrics, and budgets
  • Foster positive working relationships with current and potential affiliates, fellow employees, organizations, et cetera
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and drive financial, quality, and patient experience results



Skills & Requirements 


  • Master’s degree in business, health care, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in health care and 3 years’ experience in formal management or supervisor roles
  • Project management experience preferred
