Summary:

We are searching for a Marketing Line Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll serve as a member and advocate by understanding our processes, policies, and procedures in order to investigate and resolve problems. You will also answer questions from prospective members, current members, or other entities related to our organization.



Responsibilities :

  • Educate callers in reference to changes to events and complete a warm transfer to others as applicable
  • Educate the caller about the services available and the benefits to becoming the member
  • Highlight the comprehensive integrated care and event-specific information as needed
  • Schedule families for application assistance and facilitate appropriate documents
  • Document the summary of interactions with families and their status in our system
  • Identify the needs of the calls to include the service line and how to access health services
  • Remain knowledgeable of the requirements for Medicaid, CHIP, and Healthly Teas Women eligibility
  • Collaborate with internal marketing colleagues in PR, web services, brand management, et cetera, and tap internal expertise to create effective integrated strategies on calls
  • Provide translation support as needed
  • Schedule prospects seeking application assistance with an application assistant specialist or refer to an application assistance event
  • Guide callers through the VAS redemption process
  • Meet or exceed the monthly performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and other metrics


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CHW certification preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in a call center or marketing field
