We are searching for a Project Manager - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the organization and project management of broad-based department initiatives.

Responsibilities :


  • Formulate, administer, and maintain the detailed project plan, which will include all required activities, tasks, risks, issues, and resource requirements that lead to a successful and timely implementation
  • Ensure proper documentation (agendas, minutes, project plans, presentations, etc) is complete, timely, accurate, and in accordance with our standards and policies
  • Facilitate and communicate with project team members, as well as coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Determine staff resource needs by assessing the size, duration, scope, and complexity of the project
  • Provide timely support to staff or team members and interact with leadership to understand project needs and priorities
  • Plan and execute the smooth transition of system responsibilities to support staff and/or leaders at the completion of the project
  • Develop and report appropriate project metrics
  • Obtain, validate, analyze, and manipulate data from various internal and external sources to assist in making informed decisions
  • Analyze project impacts and dependencies across the integrated delivery system
  • Determine, analyze, and formulate current practices, user needs, work flow processes, issues, and potential solutions
  • Appraise alternative system approaches for workability and economic feasibility
  • Conduct literature, benchmark, and best practice searches
  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other business/health care/science field
  • 4 years’ experience in business, project, finance, or health care
  • A master’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other related degree can substitute for 2 years’ experience
