We are searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will coordinate all phases of system optimizations and/or upgrade projects and provide production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or processes. You will review and analyze systems, including testing and documenting for all organizational applications. Lastly, you will represent the business/clinical interests and needs of given projects and/or specific components within a project. This role may require travel to practice sites, including but not limited to travel within Houston and Austin.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify if system issues, business process needs, and other integrating systems are being optimized efficiently
  • Assist with the enforcement of project activities and deadlines for stakeholders in collaboration with Information Services project management office
  • Work with I.S. and customers to perform functional configuration analysis for system implementations, on-going maintenance, and other projects
  • Facilitate design analysis with users to determine configurations for the user interface
  • Analyze business use of existing systems to identify problems to be resolved and define system applications or process improvements
  • Develop and maintain training materials and training environment for systems training


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or another related field preferred
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in health care operations and/or information systems implementation
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute 4 years of experience
