We are searching for a Facilities Project Manager I – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll assist departments by developing estimates and budgets for proposed facility upgrades, changes, reconfigurations, and renovations, in addition to planning and managing the outcomes of operationally-funded requests.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop the scope of work and budget, utilizing departmental tools as needed
  • Procure external resources to assist with the scope design and documentation
  • Develop a schedule that outlines the timeline clearly to team members
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to assist in the planning and documentation of the design, as well as coordinate with outside sources to procure services and products (i.e. construction, furniture, graphics, cabling, et cetera)
  • Oversee and manage any facility disruption in accordance with Interim Life Safety Measures, Infection Control, and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate any building utility outages with appropriate personnel and the affected department(s)
  • Lead the collaborative resource team to prepare the area for customer occupancy
  • Process final payments and ensure that all project documentation is distributed accordingly
  • Engage in follow-up with customers based on the agreed-upon time frame
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings as part of creating a collaborative team
  • Take steps to resolve issues in the best interest of the customer and organization


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, construction, or project management preferred
  • 1 year experience coordinating projects for design and/or construction industries
  • Experience in health care desired
