We are searching for a Productivity Management Engineer — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will facilitate complex, service line productivity management projects across the organization. You will adhere to any established project management, process improvement, business and financial analysis development, and technical development methodology. Lastly, you will establish and maintain project implementation plans and status reports.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop plans for completing required assessments including project organization, data requirements, involved parties, resource requirements, and timelines
  • Meet with all stakeholders and other project sponsors, to understand any underlying issues of current or potential initiatives and the type(s) of assessments needed
  • Determine, analyze, and formulate current practices, user needs, workflow processes, issues, and potential solutions
  • Develop and implement yearly objectives to enhance labor management by the department, and adjusting needs, as evidenced by quarterly meetings and project completion
  • Facilitate design analysis with users to determine necessary configurations for the user interface
  • Define report requirements and translate the purpose of the report into business terminology


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance or health-related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, process improvement, business or financial analysis, and/or technical development and
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in process improvement experience
