We are searching for an Business Process Engineer - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll facilitate cross-departmental strategic projects adhering to an established project management methodology and utilizing a variety of performance improvement strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with team members and regularly meet with all stakeholders and other project sponsors as appropriate
  • Develop the plan for completing required assessments, which includes project organization, data requirements, involved parties, resource requirements, and timelines
  • Facilitate meetings and conduct interviews with appropriate parties, as well as ensure all materials needed are prepared in advance
  • Support, co-lead, or manage the completion of projects/assessments and monitor their progress against the plan and budget
  • Plan and execute the smooth transition of process changes to department leadership at the completion of the project
  • Establish and maintain project implementation plans and project status reports
  • Determine, analyze, and formulate current practices, user needs, work flow processes, issues, and potential solutions
  • Analyze project impacts and dependencies across the integrated delivery system
  • Recommend process changes from risk and failure points in the processes evaluated and modify accordingly
  • Research and summarize market and industry trends, in addition to best practices and innovative management approaches
  • Create measurements to fit processes that can be used to monitor effectiveness


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a health-related field
  • LSSC certification preferred
  • 2 years experience in process improvement, training, mentoring, education, healthcare (clinical or administrative) and/or project management
