Summary:

We are searching for a Nurse Supervisor – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients.

 

Preferred:

 

  • Pediatric experience
  • Supervisor experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish, ability to translate medical terminology

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients

 

 

  • Provides general patient care

 

 

  • Assists with the collection of patient/family data

 

 

  • Administers medication

 

 

  • Supports patient/families in self-management of their health through assisting with education

 

 

  • Triages patients

 

 

  • Adheres to Standards of Behavior, including demonstrating positive and effective interpersonal skills when dealing with patient/families, peer, and other health care team members

 

 

  • Collects specimens and performs laboratory test

 



Qualifications:

 

  • H.S. Diploma or GED and Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing

 

 

  • RN - Lic-Registered Nurses in State of Texas and American Heart Association from American Heart Association

 

 

  • At least 1 year of experience as a staff nurse

 

 

  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
