Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multi-disciplinary, and/or enterprise-wide. You’ll provide expertise to short- and long-term assignments and work with team development, monitoring, and guidance, as well as handle work process analysis and improvement, data analysis, and facilitation of various strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage projects delegated by leadership including business planning/development, strategic planning, financial analysis, development of affiliations and contracts, medical staffing, facilities planning and construction, and operations planning and development
  • Coordinate resources needed for completion of projects, including managing and coordinating data, information, and/or personnel
  • Monitor project progress against the plan and budget and adjust if needed
  • Analyze issues and data related to projects and present the findings to leadership for effective decision-making
  • Serve as a lead and point-person for long-term projects
  • Coordinate team goal preparation and writing and coordinate the quarterly tracking of goal progress
  • Participate in task forces and director-level committees and represent leadership on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within our facility and external projects


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or other healthcare/business/science field
  • 5 years’ relevant work experience and 2 years’ experience managing medium- to large-sized projects
  • Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years’ relevant experience and 1 year of management
