We are searching for a Medical Lab Technician — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll perform technical laboratory procedures, analyze statistical data, and report results for diagnosis of disease and provision of quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

  • Validate specimen identification per hospital/departmental policies and procedures
  • Organize workload to ensure to prioritize specimen samples using first-in-first-out so the patient results are released in a timely manner
  • Perform routine and special test procedures, troubleshooting questionable orders and results, delta checking, and repeating tests when necessary
  • Report all critical results as soon as possible to the appropriate person
  • Cooperate with others positively to facilitate the analysis of patient results
  • Perform and document quality control procedures and review the troubleshooting actions as necessary
  • Maintain and prepare reagants required to prevent interruptions in patient testing
  • Perform the daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled instrument maintenance and calibration
  • Participate in continuing education and in-service programs by attending section meetings, workshops, and seminars


  • Associate’s degree required
  • MLT certification preferred
