We are searching for a Decision Support Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll help collect, analyze, and organize information for reporting to hospital management to support decision-making.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily maintenance of charge detail, payments, and adjustment transactions
  • Perform monthly processing of the hospital general ledger details
  • Audit data for accuracy
  • Assist with decision support education and system upgrades
  • Assist with developing and updating department cost standards
  • Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses
  • Perform special projects as directed
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of data used in making decisions


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or healthcare required
  • 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related business field required
