We are searching for a Service Improvement Consultant— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will understand the customer's journey and help create a competitive advantage by leading efforts to optimize external and internal service-oriented processes across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service-oriented coaching to all roles within the organization
  • Understand the concerns and special needs of patients and their families and demonstrate/educate those needs to various members of the healthcare team
  • Manage and maintain patient experience data across the entire organization while identifying trends, and analyzing historical and real-time data
  • Work through project implementations that are related to the patient experience and facilitate meetings with stakeholders/project sponsors
  • Coordinate family advisory council activities and provide/produce articles, videos, and other communication materials on key focus areas


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ consulting and/or project management experience
  • A Master’s Degree in a related field can substitute for 2 of the required years of experience
