We are looking for a Technical Coordinator – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide effective guidance and operation of the laboratory in compliance with departmental and institutional goals. To coordinate, technical procedures to ensure that high quality laboratory services and testing are provided to patients in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates on the performance of routine and complex procedures
  • Oversees the quality control / quality assurance programs
  • Facilitates computer operations
  • Coordinates / supports continuing education programs
  • Assist with AD and /or Manager with financial operations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Science required
  • 3-5 years Mass Spectrometry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations, multiple/varied clinical instrumentation and equipment, and techniques, procedures, and principles
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, think independently, resolve problems and make decisions based on an in-depth knowledge of laboratory techniques, principles, instruments, and their interrelationships
  • Good communication, people, and customer service skills are required, especially in resolving problems and conflicts
  • C-ASCP certification from the ASCP, or
  • MLS-ASCP certification from the ASCP, or
  • MT-AMT certification from the AMT
