We are searching for an Education Coordinator-Outpatient (Nursing Ops) — someone who works well in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. In this position, you'll ensure effective and efficient education and training of clinical staff at the practice level and to assist in the implementation of designated centralized components of the educational program. The educational program consists of centralized orientation, annual competence assessment, practice orientation and preceptor/buddy development, required training, ongoing staff development, student affiliations, and performance improvement.
Think you’ve got what it takes?
• RN - Lic-Registered Nurses from State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
• BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
• Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Prefer applicants with operating room experience or perioperative environment in either PACU or GI.
