We are looking for an Inventory Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will perform and coordinate activities related to the procurement, auditing and documentation for the contract pharmacies. You will oversee the operations, record keeping, auditing and documentation of medications within the third party administrators (TPA).

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for daily operations for inventory management
  • Ensures 340B contract pharmacy compliance regulations are met
  • Maintains activities associated with ensuring appropriate inventory accumulations within TPAs.
  • Helps to oversee the operations for the Contract pharmacy team.
  • Performs analyses of trends within the third party administrator portals
  • Aid in the TPA performance analysis


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years’ experience as a hospital pharmacy technician with inventory control experience preferred
  • RPHT certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required
  • Knowledge of current legal and regulatory standards for the handling of pharmaceuticals
  • Must be extremely proficient with Excel , possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
