Summary:

We are looking for an Andrologist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will carry out numerous laboratory procedures involving testing of and achieving pregnancy in infertile couples through IUI's, IVF and other related reproductive procedures. The Andrology/endocrine laboratory provides semen analysis, IUI preparations, endocrine monitoring and phlebotomy services. Andrology/Endocrine tech must be very attentive to detail and record keeping.

  • Patient contact
  • Laboratory testing
  • Semen analysis, sperm preparation for IUI and IVF and semen freezing
  • Media preparation and quality control, quality assurance and continuous quality
  • Local, state, and national certification requirements and documentation
  • Ordering lab supplies and care of equipment
  • Continuing education


Qualifications:

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment
  • Extensive computer literacy. Includes intermediate to advanced knowledge of all of the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Filemaker and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of the internet and e-mail is necessary
