We are searching for a Patient Administrative Liaision - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll support all processes relating to accurate patient registration and the billing of charges to secure financials. You will also review accurate payor information to file clean claims to the insurance company to prevent delays in revenue.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a thorough search of patient names against the Enterprise Master Patient Index to eliminate errors/duplication
  • Accurately enter complete demographic information into the system, which includes the patient name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, guarantor, data, et cetera
  • Ensure all work queues are monitored and active on a daily basis
  • Review payor websites for updated payor information on the patient’s account
  • Input third-party payor information according to what plan is considered primary, secondary, etc., and establish the correct assignment of payor
  • Update the coverage table in Epic to identify the correct filing order
  • Perform visit filing orders to each line item on the account to ensure claims are filed to the correct payor
  • Monitor and evaluate aspects of services and processes that have potential for improvement and make recommendations
  • Assist with special projects to improve revenue cycle as needed


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years’ experience in insurance verification, managed care and government plans, and/or revenue cycle operations
  • Associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree can substitute for experience
