Summary:

We are searching for an Application Architect (QlikView/Clarity experience) — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will review application requirements, application and processing architecture and design, and develop, amend, optimize, and certify the application and system design of the Integrated Delivery System. You will be responsible for the identification and resolution of the application information flow, the application integration, and the required infrastructure to support application requirements.

  •  At least 2 years of QlikView/QlikSense experience preferred!
  • Qliksense experience desired!
  • Clarity report writing/ EPIC experience desired
  • MS SQL server knowledge desired
  • Seeking senior IS team member with ability to mentor teammates highly preferred


Responsibilities :

·         Analyze and coordinate the designing of new and existing applications and architectures of Integrated Delivery System

·         Control system configurations and development processes by establishing standards, measuring work in process, interpreting results, and taking corrective action

·         Develop and administer program and system tests, and data verification methods and plans as needed

·         Improve system documentation standards and prepare program code documentation in compliance with standards

·         Maintain systems, coordinate activities, and disseminate information with the managers and other Information Services personnel, users, and vendors

·         Lead development and maintenance programming activities with management, other Information Services personnel, users, or vendors during all phases of the system life cycle

·         Identify and recommend tools and technologies using best practices/industry standards to support the strategic direction and to assist in deploying appropriately business initiatives



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; master’s degree in science preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in major system design and implementation experience
  • Management or project leadership experience preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience and a master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  • Up to 2 years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to 2 years of information systems experience on a month to month basis
