We are searching for a Project Manager- Department of Surgery– someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll lead multiple integrated and complex projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to project governance guidelines such as the approvals processes and project/reporting structures
  • Determine staff resource needs for analysis, programmers, vendors, user personnel, consultants, and equipment by assessing the size, duration, scope, and complexity of the project
  • Formulate, administer, and maintain the detailed project plan, which includes activities, tasks, risks, issues, and resource requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Facilitate and communicate with team members and project managers to update the detailed project plan
  • Plan and execute the smooth transition of responsibilities to support staff at the completion of a project
  • Continuously manage cost, scope, and time of projects
  • Develop and report appropriate project metrics
  • Determine, analyze, and formulate current practices, user needs, and work flow processes, issues, and potential solutions
  • Appraise alternative systems for workability and economic feasibility
  • Provide the goals, problems, and solutions to other management teams


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 years’ experience in business, project, finance, and/or healthcare experience
  • Master’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other related field can be substituted for 2 years of experience
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in project management, planning, and process mapping
