Summary:

We are searching for an Assistant Clinical Director Nursing (Outpatient) — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage and oversee daily clinical, administrative, and HR activities for the designated clinical areas. You will also participate in, coordinate, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate patient care.

Responsibilities :

 

  • Partner with staff, medical, and unit leadership to ensure clinical excellence
  • Demonstrate astute fiscal accountability as evidenced by the appropriate management and justification of resources, which includes personnel, equipment, supplies, and capital
  • Create and facilitate collaboration and cooperation among diverse groups, people, and professional disciplines to achieve the desired results
  • Commit to the ongoing development of self, unit leadership, and team
  • Report the financial performance on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and submit annual capital and operating budgets
  • Conduct appropriate investigations and follow-up as needed

 

 

 



Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing required
  • RN and BLS certification required
  • 3 years’ experience in management/leadership required
