We are searching for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations Support and Training– someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will effectively manage and support the staff by leading meetings with revenue cycle operations to understand operational needs, educate and recommend EPIC functionality for process improvements, ensure timely delivery of change request and project relate assignments, and ensure proper documentation and training of revenue cycle related processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Successfully manage the revenue cycle operations & support staff to implement all revenue cycle system upgrades and other work flow changes in cooperation with information systems representatives
  • Proactively look for areas of improvement in revenue cycle processes and present recommendations to operations for review and approval
  • Review support tickets to ensure appropriate assignment and priority
  • Recommend, develop and facilitiate training plans for assigned projects, implementations, enhancements and optimizations that impact revenue cycle workflows
  • Participate in testing of all enhancements with revenue cycle impacts to ensure revenue flow algins with defined operational expectations
  • Manages small projects, develop scope, create project plans, communicate status, and follow other standard project management methodlogies
  • Completes timely performance appraisals for direct reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, computer science or related field required
  • 3 years’ experience in healthcare business office/patient accounts department 
  • 8 years’ experience in healthcare operations preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in supervisory experience required
  • 3 years’ experience in implementing, build or training in an EPIC Revenue Cycle application preferred
  • Certification in a Epic Revenue Cycle application preferred
