We are searching for a Systems Analyst – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will have a role in developing clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within our client’s delivery system.

Responsibilities :

  • Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications
  • Assists users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness
  • Supports the system installation through implementation cycle
  • Provides input to project implementation plan
  • Develops procedures for downtime, end-users, production, and help desk
  • Performs configuration analysis for system design associated with small and less complex projects
  • Facilitates design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface
  • Analyzes system problems and modifications
  • Evaluates business procedures and problems for process improvement
  • Coordinates implementation and upgrades of systems
  • Coordinates the upgrade schedules with vendors and users across the Integrated Delivery System


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4 years’ experience in information systems
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute 4 years of work experience
  • Master’s degree will substitute 2 years of work experience
  • Up to 1 year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the 1 year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
