We are searching for an Energy Manager – someone who works well in a fast-faced setting. In this position, you will perform professional, administrative, and technical work in energy, and you will help define our client’s energy management vision and develope a culture of energy conservation throughout our client’s system.

Responsibilities :

  • Leads EM management process through pre-design, funding, design, pricing/purchasing, and construction
  • Develops project scope based on needs consistent with standards and objectives of our client and the Facilities Operations department
  • Manages internal and external relationships through effective communication
  • Listens, understands, and clarifies needs of affected customer
  • Leads and participates in a collaborative team environment to achieve best possible outcomes
  • Administers special assignments
  • Demonstrates accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work-ethic and teamwork
  • Demonstrate accountability for effective communication skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, environmental management, or related field required
  • An equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted for the 4-year degree
  • 3 years’ experience in energy management program development or management required
  • PE or CENM required
