We are searching for a Senior Storage Engineer — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll play a major role in developing business solutions by investigating in processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions for the Integrated Delivery System.

Experience strongly desired:
Translate user/business needs into detail requirement specifications
Identify system or application needs
Analyze current business practices, user needs and work flow processes
Facilitate and supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
Establish project governance and facilitates Steering and Work team meetings
Develop, schedule and facilitate test plans for software, network, integration, user acceptance and parallel usage
Prepare and implement procedures for downtime, end-users, production, and help desk
Perform configuration analysis for system design
Coordinate the upgrade schedules with vendors and users across the Integrated Delivery System
Determine, analyze and formulate current practices, user needs and workflow processes, issues and potential solutions
Analyze, aggregate, assimilates and validate data/information.
Coordinate resources assigned to complete projects
Analyze project impacts and dependencies across the Integrated Delivery System
High school diploma
Eight (8) years of major system design and implementation experience
Familiarity with various operating systems used by Hospital data processing techniques and practices
A working knowledge of a variety of hardware and software environments and of the healthcare industry is also required
