We are searching for a Project Manager/Vendor Network Development Pro, with experience in Africa. Here is a chance to join a team that is changing the world and the lives of children. – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for the organization and project management of broad-based department initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Ensures project documentation (agendas, minutes, project plans, presentations, et cetera) is complete, timely, accurate, and in accordance with standards and policies
  • Determines staff resource needs by assessing the size, duration, scope, and complexity of the project
  • Interacts with leadership to understand project needs and priorities
  • Establishes project governance and conducts steering and work team meetings
  • Manages three important variables pertaining to projects: cost, scope, and time
  • Analyzes project standards, methodologies, and impacts
  • Serves as the representative as a participating member of designated committees and/or taskforces
  • Conducts literature, benchmark, and practice searches
  • Analyzes metrics and suggests appropriate sample size, measurement, and validation methods
  • Prepares and analyzes project metrics and assists in background research as needed


Skills & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other business, healthcare, or other science field required
  • 4 years’ business, project, finance, or healthcare experience required
  • International Vendor Network Development experience in Africa
  • A master’s degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other business, healthcare or other science field can substitute for 2 years of experience
  • Up to 20% travel
