Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant–someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll provide administrative support for a very busy department. Being extremely organized and wanting a career as an Administrative Assistant is a must!

Responsibilities :

  • Manages budget, expense tracking, contracts, and office supplies
  • Compose correspondence and reports according to guidelines
  • Type, format, create, and proofread a variety of materials including presentations, reports, agendas, and contracts
  • Assemble documents and presentations as needed for external meetings
  • Prepare mail for review in addition to retrieving documents and mail
  • Maintain files according to guidelines and maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare monthly procurement card statements and review them for accuracy
  • Manage the calendars
  • Coordinate with administrative staff and personnel to arrange meetings
  • Maintain excellent working relationships throughout the organization
  • Handle travel for team members with detailed records


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years’ secretarial experience
  • College experience preferred
