We are searching for a Manager of Enterprise Systems (Application Support) -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible as the Service Owner for specified services identified in the Business and Technical Service Catalog. In the role of Service Owner, you are expected to maintain performance within agreed upon service levels, manage and develop service, continuously improve the quality of service, and work with leadership to implement and retire services. You will provide support for Microsoft production systems by planning, managing, and maintaining an effective information systems network of users and managing the production activities of the system including education, training and utilization.
Think you’ve got what it takes?
Min. of 5+ years of current experience as a manager of application support preferred.
Proven experience with hands on operational managment and leading a team responsible for performing application support for specified application services, highly preferred
Experience leading a team in planning, managing, and maintaining all aspects of supported systems desired
Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports preferred
Experience with managing/working with multiple vendors desired
Proven experience in a business facing role highly desired
Nice to have:
Familiarity/experience with Epic Healthcare software or supporting Medicaid programs or Healthcare Insurance, a big plus
Knowledge or experience with Agile methodology a big plus
