We are searching for a Manager of Enterprise Systems (Application Support) -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible as the Service Owner for specified services identified in the Business and Technical Service Catalog. In the role of Service Owner, you are expected to maintain performance within agreed upon service levels, manage and develop service, continuously improve the quality of service, and work with leadership to implement and retire services. You will provide support for Microsoft production systems by planning, managing, and maintaining an effective information systems network of users and managing the production activities of the system including education, training and utilization.


Think you’ve got what it takes?



Min. of 5+ years of current experience as a manager of application support preferred.

Proven experience with hands on operational managment and leading a team responsible for performing application support for specified application services, highly preferred

Experience leading a team in planning, managing, and maintaining all aspects of supported systems desired

Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports preferred

Experience with managing/working with multiple vendors desired

Proven experience in a business facing role highly desired



Nice to have:

Familiarity/experience with Epic Healthcare software or supporting Medicaid  programs or Healthcare Insurance, a big plus

Knowledge or experience with Agile methodology a big plus


Responsibilities :

  • Manages and develops service
  • Acts as a contact for respective services for customers and operations leadership by seeking to understand customer needs, providing information, responding to inquiries, investigating and resolving problems related to the service, and educating customer on service
  • Oversees incident resolution
  • Manages system operations
  • Ensures coordination with established policies, procedures and standards
  • Ensures that The Joint Commission requirements specific to your department are fulfilled but also understand the linkage between your department’s requirements and those of the integrated delivery system
  • Collaborates with colleagues in other departments to ensure all The Joint Commission requirements are met HOU123


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ITIL 3 certification preferred
  • 9 years’ experience in information systems selection, implementation or support required
  • Management experience preferred
