We are searching for a Technical Support Analyst III — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will Provide complex system-level support of multi-user operating systems hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. This role requires extensive knowledge of systems analysis as you will design and plan systems and serve as a team lead for projects and operational activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for team members regarding issues and questions regarding the functional area of the team
  • Respond to client inquiries concerning system operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and client problems
  • Serve as lead analyst in a design subgroup when appropriate, directing and integrating the work of multiple lower-level analysts, each responsible for several programs
  • Provide in-depth technical assistance and maintenance support to departmental end-users
  • Ensure appropriate application of customer service protocol, standards and procedures, computer security procedures and protocols and federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the group’s statistical reports and analyze management needs regarding the use of integrated data processing equipment or operations and processes


  • High school diploma or GED
  • MCSA, CCNA-DC, CCNA-RS, ITIL 3, PROF MGM, or MSE preferred
  • A minimum of 9 years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Apple Certified Hardware Tech, Network +, Security+ is a plus
  • An Associate degree in computer science, engineering, or another technology discipline may substitute for 2 years of experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another technology discipline may substitute for 4 years of experience
