We are searching for an Administrative Assistant — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll provide routine secretarial and administrative support as well as specialized planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking duties for the Director, support leadership team and serve as the liaison for departmental administrative operations.

Responsibilities :

  •  Performs routine functions to support department and health plan
  •  Creates and maintains paper and online filing systems to support the department
  •  Provides administrative support for the Director 
  •  Performs other essential supportive functions 
  •  Monitors Budget and Contracts
  •  Maintains Electronic Schedule Calendar for Director


  • H.S. Diploma or GED 
  • 5 years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience
  • A medical background is preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities by seeking guidance of managers as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills and planning skills, attention to detail
