We are searching for a Manager of Program Support and Reporting — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the interpretation of federal, state, and other regulations and requirements related to Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). This role will coordinate and provide the necessary reporting requirements timely, as well as review processes, workflows, and policies/procedures to ensure they are accurate, current, and meet all regulatory requirements.


Think you’ve got what it takes?


  • Highly prefer experience managing/leading a reporting team of 5 or more.
  • Experience defining, developing and providing insights, metrics and analysis to drive the decision-making process, highly desired.
  • Highly desire experience leading and executing processes and data improvement projects
  • Experience utilizing QlikView/QlikSense to create/build reports and PowerPoints for executive-level management, strongly desired.
  • Desire proven analytical background.
  • Experience maintaining/troubleshooting data integrity desired.
  • Desire strong communication skills.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Texas Medicaid.



Responsibilities :

  • Review, interpret, and provide direction on new regulations, and changes to existing federal and state regulations and requirements from governing bodies
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and others from various areas across the health plan to evaluate and implement new ideas and strategies
  • Partner closely with other leaders to review and assess new functionality/capabilities based on system upgrades
  • Continuously assess, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities as well as fee scheduling and rate/code updates that create efficiencies, demonstrate cost/administrative savings, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction overall
  • Develop, track, and report performance/productivity metrics and targets and evaluate benchmarks and targets regularly to ensure they are in alignment with industry standards
  • Participate in various committees and workgroups as warranted to provide guidance on the operational issues presented regarding benefits and reimbursement


  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A master’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred 
  • At minimum 5 years’ business operations experience in a health care or insurance environment
  • Management/leadership experience preferred
