We are searching for a Nurse Supervisor — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will supervise and direct clinical staff and gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and evaluate clinical staff to ensure optimal level of job performance for the consistent delivery of safe, high quality patient care and customer service
  • Provide general patient care
  • Assist with the collection of patient/family data
  • Administer medication
  • Support patient/families in self-management of their health through assisting with education
  • Triage patients
  • Demonstrate Creating SMILES and AIDET philosophies to patients, families and co-workers
  • Collect specimens and perform laboratory test
  • Coordinate referrals


  • Nursing diploma required
  • Associate’s degree in nursing or a related field required
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • License as a registered nurse required
  • Basic Life Support certification required
  • 1 year of experience as a staff nurse or LVN required
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
  • Knowledge of related OSHA and CLIA/COLA guidelines and requirements, general office tasks, confidentiality and filing system
