Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multi-disciplinary and/or enterprise-wide; and to provide expertise to short and long-term assignments internal and external to the designated areas of responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Key functions include team development, monitoring, and guidance; work process analysis and improvement, data analysis and creative problem solving, and facilitation of various strategic initiatives
  • Manage multiple complex projects
  • Perform a variety of duties to support areas of responsibilities
  • Provide services internal and external requiring a high level of project management and operations expertise
  • Coordinate resources needed for completion of assigned projects. Includes managing and coordinating data, information and/or personnel
  • Follows-up during and after assignments to evaluate the effectiveness of the project
  • Manage the completion of projects/assessments. Monitors progress against plan and budget. When necessary, adjusts plan with approval of project sponsors
  • Coordinate team goal preparation and writing; coordinates the tracking of progress and reports updates to executive leadership quarterly
  • Actively participate in task forces and director-level committees; represents leadership or any of their areas of responsibility on multi-disciplinary teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required – degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or science field preferred
  • 5 years’ relevant work experience including 2 years’ experience managing medium to large-sized projects required
  • Knowledge of TCH practices and procedures, knowledge of project management, data analysis, and standard software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities, use effective verbal and written communications, problem-solve and analyze, organize data, maintain confidential information and utilize computer software
