Summary:

We are searching for a Manager of Communication and Creative Services — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position will lead the development and management of high-impact, cost-effective collateral materials that support the marketing objectives, and the strategies of the organization's Integrated Delivery System. This role will oversee advertising concepts and copywriting, web content, brochures, promotional literature, broadcast production, internal newsletters, and other communications.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the creation and production of all marketing collateral materials, including brochures, magazines, promotional literature, advertisements, broadcast production, and direct mailers
  • Manage the creation and production of all internal communications in collaboration with Web Services and Public Relations
  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing the annual budget for Creative Services budget
  • Lead creative efforts to produce high-impact print and/or broadcast marketing materials and manage outside agencies and/or vendors as needed to produce deliverables from concept development, implementation, copywriting, and design
  • Manage ongoing initiatives while developing new channels for communication, and leveraging experience with technologies

 



Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 8 years in communications, graphic design, or related experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ formal supervisory experience
