We are searching for an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Adult Congenital Heart Defect (ACHD) team – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position will be an inpatient position working 3/12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights including weekends.
Texas Children's Hospital is looking for a dynamic advanced practice provider to join our multidisciplinary team providing acute and critical care to adult patients with congenital heart disease. Patient care responsibilities will be focused on care management and transitions within the inpatient setting. Advanced training and education will be provided to support transition to practice.
