We are searching for an Ultrasonographer MFM I — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will perform routine ultrasound examinations for interpretation by utilizing ultrasound equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Verify patient identification and review the requested procedure correlates with the patient’s history
• Review clinical information, such as personal and family history, exposure, and other risk factors
• Perform appropriate procedures and record anatomic, pathologic, and/or physiologic data
• Use your independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurate differentiate between normal and pathologic findings
• Review images for accurate annotation, technique, and completeness
• Perform and complete the ultrasound examination and prepare the examination report
• Record and process sonographic images
• Ensure an adequate supply stocking and appropriate inventory
• Transport medications as requested
• Attend and participate in department in-services, classes, seminars, and workshops


• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RDMS-OB certification required
• RDMS-NE and RDMS-FE certification preferred
• 2 years’ experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required
• Maternal Fetal Medicine scanning experience preferred
