Summary:

We are searching for a Data Reporting Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop and coordinate the information analysis and reports for supporting clinical and business outcomes, quality improvement, care management and other performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

 Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and coordinates information needed to meet clinical and business outcomes
  • Works with clinical and business leaders to identify information needs and purpose of report requests
  • Develops and maintains systems for ensuring data quality and measurement validation
  • Develops and maintains a repository of reports that have been completed
  • Collaborates with information services on upgrades to systems to maintain reporting continuity
  • Analyzes impact on users and determines if additional training is required
  • Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, trends, and application products
  • Provides training, documentation and general information to other analysts and end users as needed


Qualifications:

Skills & Requirements

  • BSN, BS, or BA in health-related field required
  • A combination of four years of additional data analysis experience and/or college coursework may substitute for the bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years data analyst experience required
  • EPIC Tapestry or Healthy Planet experience preferred
