We are searching for a Manager of Corporate Compliance -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support the Director of the Compliance Services & Privacy Department in providing legal analysis and guidance related to corporate compliance matters and will be responsible for major compliance functions, including evaluation of organizational activities with fraud and abuse laws, management of the conflicts of interest process, and oversight of the sanctioned provider screening to include management of outside counsel when determined necessary. You will also provide research assistance with all regulatory matters impacting compliance activities, serve as a liaison to the legal department when legal advice is necessary, and will assist in the management of the internal operations of the Compliance Department.

Responsibilities :

  • Performs periodic assessments of risk areas, incorporating potential exposures in the internal and external environment, including but not limited to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Work Plan, Audit and Compliance Steering Group (ACSG) directives, Corporate Compliance Officer priorities, and input from organizational leadership
  • Works with appropriate departments and/or entities to develop standards of conduct and policies and procedures to promote compliance with the organization’s Compliance and Privacy programs
  • Creates, maintains, and implements compliance training and awareness programs
  • Oversees and monitors the Confidential Hotline and investigates or assigns investigative accountability to other departments as appropriate
  • Coordinate administration of the Conflicts of Interest Policy including annual and ongoing disclosures process
  • Coordinate administration of the Exclusions Screening Policy
  • Supports of various compliance committees as directed by the Director, Compliance and Privacy Office


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or legal field required
  • Master’s degree in business, healthcare or legal field preferred
  • Juris Doctor Degree in business, healthcare or legal field preferred
  • CHC from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) preferred
  • 5 years business, healthcare, legal and/or corporate compliance experience required
