We are searching for a Director of Creative Services -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will set the strategic direction and creative marketing presence for all provider/service brands. The director oversees the work, structure, growth, and development of the various teams of creative staff for the different business units and works closely with the marketing leadership of those units to ensure brand/message alignment, confirm regulatory compliance, and achieve priorities and marketing goals. The director oversees the creative process and quality control for all units and frequently leads the concept and design execution of major initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Leads the strategic direction and ensures business alignment for creative initiatives and campaigns for MPRP guiding the inhouse creative teams and associated partners
  • Leads the creation of various forms of media and acts as managing editor on major publication initiatives and consistently drives innovation and quality elevation of all campaigns/products/media
  • Participates in the selection of vendors in conjunction with creative and production teams
  • Remains current and communicates industry trends and techniques
  • Responsible for teaching creative philosophy, values, and beliefs
  • Responsible for determining the structure of creative staff on all teams, and for developing/advancing staff creative and technology skills, as well as leading staff growth and development
  • Ensure timelines, budgets and overarching processes for creative production are followed


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 years communications, graphic design, or related experience required
  • 3 years formal supervisory experience required
  • 3 years’ experience with digital marketing and associated platforms preferred
  • 10 years industry/agency experiencer preferred
