We are searching for a Director of Creative Services -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will set the strategic direction and creative marketing presence for all provider/service brands. The director oversees the work, structure, growth, and development of the various teams of creative staff for the different business units and works closely with the marketing leadership of those units to ensure brand/message alignment, confirm regulatory compliance, and achieve priorities and marketing goals. The director oversees the creative process and quality control for all units and frequently leads the concept and design execution of major initiatives.
