We are searching for a Director of Service Line/Community/Brand -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing system-wide marketing programs, initiatives, special projects, and events. This position will report to the SVP of MPRP and will work with our internal marketing team, outside agencies, and vendor partners. The director will also develop and execute an impact-oriented community marketing strategy aligned to several key initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Partners with key physicians and administrators to understand key drivers of growth and to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Maintains a clear focus on patient acquisition needs and develops appropriate plans to support the system’s needs
  • Develops annual marketing plan including vendor negotiations and plan implementation
  • Develops and implements digital and other technology-based communication strategies to facilitate marketing objectives
  • Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships that further business goals
  • Leads the marketing team and mentors team members to ensure the team is continually growing and keeping up with the changing industry trends for both consumers and physician-to-physician marketing
  • Assist with managing the production of TV, radio, and digital advertising



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 7 years marketing experience required
  • 3 years leadership experience required
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
