Summary:
We are searching for a Nurse Supervisor for our College Station clinic TCP University Pediatric Associates -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this role, you will supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients
Prepare patient for examination per practice protocol
Participate as a member of the care team, working with each member of the team to meet goals of patient, participates in care team meetings such as daily huddle and monthly staff meetings
Assist in the collection of patient/family data that may include biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, and environmental information per practice protocol
Identify patients eligible for Vaccines for Children Program and follow procedures for accurate documentation and management for this state funded program
Provide patient/family education as instructed by the provider or practice protocol
Triages presenting patient complaint per practice protocol, using electronic health record for documentation
Collect and process specimen according to manufacturer’s instructions and using proper technique
Qualifications:
Skills & Requirements
Diploma in Nursing or an associate’s degree in a related field accepted by the Texas Board of Nursing for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining an RN license required
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
RN license from the Nurse Licensure Compact required
BLS or PALS certification from the American Heart Association required
1-year experience as a staff nurse or LVN required
1-year supervisory experience preferred
