We are searching for a Treasury Manager to complement and scale our organization’s Treasury function. This individual must be self-motivated and able to work well in a fast paced setting.  In this role, you will manage and participate in Treasury functions particularly in the areas of cash management, liquidity, investment operations, and forecasting.  The Treasury Manager will also contribute to ensure compliance with internal controls, administer Treasury Management System, assist in maintaining bank relationships, and work closely with internal business partners to achieve organizational goals. Other responsibilities will include working with Treasurer on debt management, credit card processing administration and other special projects. This role will report directly to the Treasurer.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage, maintain, and enhance daily cash management and liquidity operations as well as administer account management activities
  • Manage and execute investment transactions and administration for organization’s investment portfolios
  • Ensure all compliance and internal controls requirements are adhered to and properly documented
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement cash forecasting models and tools to monitor organization’s liquidity needs
  • Oversee Cash Applications Team across three hospital campuses to ensure proper reconciliation of patient transactions, timely deposits of patient receipts, proper safekeeping and use of onsite cash
  • Collaborate and partner with organization stakeholders to achieve department and organizational initiatives
  • Assist Treasurer in special projects and preparation of reports and presentations to management, Board, and Finance Committee


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of extensive Treasury experience including cash management, liquidity, financial planning and analysis, investments, debt capital markets, and/or accounting
  • 2 years management/leadership experience preferred
  • Analytical and effective problem solver with strong quantitative abilities
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and strength of character in his/her personal and professional dealings and a willingness to act on and be accountable for his/her decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
