We are searching for an Occupational Health LVN-- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide patient care, education, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing required
  • Current license to practice vocational nursing in the state of Texas required
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
  • Fundamental knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
  • Previous clinical and care coordination experience preferred


 Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists in the collection of employee data which includes bio-physical, psychosocial, developmental (age-appropriate), cultural, spiritual, and environmental information
  • Provides employee education as identified by the employee nurse or medical director
  • Collaborates with the registered nurse/employee health nurse to identify the employee teaching needs
  • Documents teaching on OHM record and provides follow-up reminder vaccination or testing with appropriate documentation in OHM 100% of the time
  • Administers appropriate injections to employees as needed, based on their health history and policy requirements.
  • Administers employee immunization and testing. Immunizations and testing includes, but is not limited to flu vaccine, Tdap vaccine, Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR vaccine, Varicella vaccine, TB testing, COVID-19 testing, Influenza (flu) testing, and Strep testing, and fit testing assistance
