We are searching for a Senior Organizational Resilience Advisor -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the Organizational Resilience Lifecycle for all of our organization’s entities with particular emphasis on a campus and related entities in a geographic area or a specific line of business. The lifecycle includes both Emergency Management and Business Continuity activities working with senior operational leaders to support the annual Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA), supporting the development of training and exercise priorities based on the HVA/BIA and directives from senior leadership, supporting and conducting exercises, complete AfterAction Reports and Corrective Action Reviews after all plan exercises and activations of Incident Command.
