We are searching for a Global Monitoring Evaluation Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop Texas Children's global programs, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, oversee plans for Texas Children's global programs, collect and extract and prepare clinical educational and research data, and prepare reports to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develops global TCH program M&E framework
  • Collaborates with director, manager, physician leadership and select internal / external stakeholders to lead the development of M&E framework for TXCH global program
  • Partners with physician leadership and IT specialist to lead development of M&E databases across all global sites
  • Educates and trains M&E staff in global sites on M&E policies and procedures
  • Oversees data collection and entry into databases, analyze and interpret the data collected using M&E tools
  • Conducts M&E assessments and quality control initiative to ensure quality of data collected
  • Coordinates monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to key stakeholders and information dissemination with committees, department leadership, and other necessary participants


  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, information management, project management, engineering, or finance required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Technical diploma in epidemiology preferred
  • 5 years global project monitoring and evaluation experience required
  • Work experience for an international or non-governmental organization preferred
