Summary:
We are searching for a Senior Communications Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced managed care setting. In this position, you will serve as writer, editor and content creator for internal and external print and digital communications.

Responsibilities :
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as contributor for newsletters and internal communications, manage content, timelines and distribution of assigned communications vehicles
Guide, coordinate and work with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative specialists to produce print and digital deliverables
Develop strategic communications plans and presentations to promote and advance organizational initiatives, goals and priorities
Take ownership of production schedule for assigned deliverables/projects. Ensure contributions are on schedule, deadlines are met and budgets for assigned deliverables/projects are maintained
Coordinate with vendors to assist in maintaining financial records, tracking purchases, invoices and payments
Contribute to writing or editing executive communications, under direction of director, including blog posts, letters, emails, scripts/speeches, presentations and other communications as needed for the CEO and clinical and administrative leaders throughout the organization
Attend executive events, coordinate details related to the proper display and execution of speeches, presentations, videos and power point presentations
Qualifications:
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3 years related experience in news media, corporate communications or publishing required
