We are searching for a Nutrition Services Representative I – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage patient formula orders and research protocols, as well as conduct any communication in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of the patients served.

Responsibilities :

  • Calculate formula recipes per physician order, as well as prepare, manage/store formulas for delivery
  • Implement diet portion of research protocol through distribution and processing of patient menus, diet trays, or prepared formulas
  • Monitor and adjust patients’ menus, food trays, snacks, and formulas for diet order/research protocol compliance
  • Manage meal or formula order communication to ensure accurate orders, area supplies, record keeping, formula recipe development, and documentation
  • Assist with patient meal service per protocol, food service galley inventory, and formula room organization and supplies
  • Weigh, measure, and prepare precise formula preparations and meal selections using established sanitation and measurement techniques



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in food service for an institutional or health care setting
  • 5 years’ experience as a Diet Service Aide can substitute for a high school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree can substitute for 1 year experience in food service
